'How are you feeling?'

 

 

What does a typical day in Nursery look like?

8.45-9.10: Welcome and settle children, registration, fruit & milk

9.10-9.30: Maths whole class group work

9.30-10.30: Continuous provision/ small group work

10.30-11.10: Outdoor play

11.10-11.25: Sing, rhyme & story time

11.30-12.30- Lunch time

12.30-12.40: Registration 

12.40-1.00: Phonics whole class group work 

1.00-2.00: Continuous provision/ small group work

2.00-3.00: Linked learning/ outdoor play

3.00-3.20: Sing, rhyme & story time

3.20: Door opens for home time 

 

Doors open at 3.20pm for home time so that you can collect nursery children before collecting older children in the school. 

 

What do I need to bring into nursery for my child on a daily basis?

*Waterproof coat

*Hat, gloves, sun hat - weather appropriate 

*Spare clothes

*Nappies/pull ups and wipes if appropriate

*Packed lunch if you do not require a school dinner 

 

Please DO NOT bring toys or snacks into school.
